Account Director (Experiential)

Intro to the Role:

As an Account Director (Experiential) at Fulcrum, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day client communication, leading new business pitches, and managing a dynamic production and client services team. You will have the opportunity to work with global clients, creating outstanding events and content, and be part of a close-knit team in Melbourne CBD. Your Role:

• Oversee client communications across activations for experiential, digital, retail, live, and integrated projects (including design, PR, and social)
• Actively scope and identify revenue and upsell opportunities to meet business objectives
• Manage client communication by actively updating on process and any adds, moves, or changes
• Work alongside the Founders and Creative Director to update on any project movements and business initiatives
• Work closely with the pre and post-production team, ensuring a high standard of delivery
• Confidently lead pitches and presentations
• Collaborate with the client services and production team across creative challenges and problem solving
• Confidently lead junior team members, mentoring and nurturing through the production process
• Be the first point of contact for any issues that may arise internally and across suppliers
• Manage and clearly identify resources required to meet pipeline, project standards, ensuring the highest quality of work is delivered
• Ensure project budgets are quoted efficiently, consistently tracked, flagging any issues and reconciliation when needed

About You:

• 5+ years of experiential/client services experience in a creative agency environment
• Experience with high-quality events projects
• Keen eye for detail and business-minded
• Confident production knowledge across industry standards
• Experience managing a team
• Highly organised and comfortable multitasker
• Strong financial understanding of budget handling

Salary & Benefits:

• $105,000 – $125,000 per year
