To develop strong client recommendations across all channels that deliver great results for your client whilst also being on the lookout for organic revenue opportunities that grow the Slingshot business.
You will support your Group Business Director across all key tasks where necessary and have solid experience in management and digital planning and buying. The ideal candidate will have worked on a digital-first piece of business, also with strong off-line skills. You must be able to strategize, plan and respond to client biddable media briefs that will deliver the best outcome for Slingshot’s clients and ensure full delivery of those campaigns.
What You Need to be Successful:
- 4-5 years of experience working in a digital agency
- Sound knowledge and experience in all facets of media planning and buying
- Proven ability and experience in effectively leading and managing a small team
- Experience working in a hybrid role, ideally on performance-based clients
- An understanding of what you need to answer a brief and the ability to work with the client to get the best inputs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
- Relationship building skills with your team, clients and media
