This is an opportunity for a creative-led Account Manager to strategically drive a multi-faceted set of accounts in a fully integrated agency.
As part of this position, you’ll deliver holistic solutions to clients in the fields of fitness, health, lifestyle, and maybe even a few more!

The role
Be the driving force behind your accounts and projects and pulling out all the stops to make it
Happen!
Be the brand custodian for your clients and manage the delivery of best in class, highly effective, integrated campaigns
Manage the end-to-end management of the strategic and creative development process
Produce persuasive and informed strategic proposals and presentations for clients
Develop account plans and regular SWOTs to help define identifyand develop growth opportunities.
Run regular healthchecks with your clients to maintain honest, healthy and productive client partnerships.
Monitor and report campaign performance and ROI to inform continuous learning and development of future strategies.
Participate in the pitching, winning and development of new business opportunities.
Always seek out opportunities to learn and develop yourself with the mentorship & training & development accessible to you
Requirements
3+ years of agency experience
Client facing and project management experience in an creative and/or integrated environment
Be knowledgeable in strategy, planning, development and management of integrated marketing
Have the understanding and ability to bring clients brands to market across any media
Marketing qualification
Experience of delivering client proposals and pitches
Full integrated experience including ATL, social, channel and media
First-class communication / presentation skills
Able to demonstrate a successful track record in building exceptional client relationships, necessary capability, presence and professionalism to inspire confidence and credibility with clients and colleagues.
