eCommerce Specialist

We are working with a global, eCommerce company who are leaders in what they do. Due to growth, they have created a new role and are seeking a data-driven and analytical eCommerce Specialist to join their company in this exciting new chapter of growth across the next few years. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will work as a key part of the eCommerce and Digital team.

In this hands-on role, you will oversee the day-to-day eCommerce operations, and will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class online user experience across the group’s major APAC brands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise our eCommerce platforms, including our website and online marketplaces;
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and customer acquisition;
• Analyse sales data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
• Oversee our digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising;
• Collaborate with other departments, such as IT and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience from purchase to delivery;
• Monitor and report on eCommerce metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce;
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify and Amazon;
• Experience with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising;
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other eCommerce analytics tools.

Salary: $90K – $100K + Super
