Junior Graphic Designer

Are you a creative Junior Graphic Designer looking for a fast-growing, multidisciplinary creative agency that can bring your visionary ideas to life? Fulcrum is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who can bring their creativity to the forefront and help our partner shape future human experiences through their work at the intersection of emerging technologies.

About the role:

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for harnessing your creative energy and focusing it towards creating exciting, considered, and impactful design solutions across disciplines. This is a full-time permanent role, based in their Melbourne CBD office. The successful candidate will be expected to:

Your role:

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and suppliers
• Develop market insight and an understanding of clients’ business needs
• Ensure tasks are delivered within the agreed time, cost, and other specified parameters
• Report any issues to Creative Lead
• Respond effectively to client feedback
• Report on personal time and expenses within the specified time period
• Get in front of clients and share your thoughts and work with them directly
• Promote positive studio culture and contribute to studio-wide initiatives
• Seek feedback from the senior creative team
• Flag any project issues to Associate Director or Creative Lead, and team issues to the Business Director
• Bring fresh thinking and energy to our growing team

About You:

The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong typography and design experience
• Relevant experience as a Junior Graphic Designer
• A passion for shaping future human experiences through design
• A degree in graphic design or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and on individual projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software

Salary:

• $70,000 – $77,500 plus various perks and bonuses
