The Performance Executive is our Paid Search and Social trader, who is responsible for executing campaigns across our clients.

With a passion for trading, the Performance Executive supports the Performance Manager/Director on the implementation, campaign organisation, performance, analytics and reporting across paid search and social campaigns. They should have exposure and be competent in all key platforms, most notably Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram. They are also responsible for supporting and managing the workflow for the Performance Assistant/s.

The Performance Executive reports to the Performance Director and the Client Performance Director.

The Performance Executive will also be upskilled across programmatic campaigns to ensure true integrations of media and to help in delivering the overall campaign’s KPIs.

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • In-depth understanding of the search and social landscape, including Google, Google Trends, Google Ads, Bing, SA360, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Bloggers/Influencers, Snapchat etc.
  • Experience buying and optimizing campaigns
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
