Purpose:
The Performance Manager is our Paid Search and Social expert, who leads the delivery of media campaigns across our clients.

With a passion for trading, the Performance Manager inputs into search and social strategy, implementation and media plans. They are responsible for managing paid search campaigns, paid social posts, campaign optimisations, analytics and reporting across all key platforms, most notably Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram. They are also responsible for supporting and upskilling junior members of the team x2 performance assistants along with the wider agency.

The Performance Manager reports to the Performance Director and the Client Performance Director.

The Performance Manager will be across programmatic aspects of a campaign to ensure true integrations of media and to help delivering the overall campaign’s KPIs.

What You Need to be Successful:

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • In-depth understanding of the search and social landscape, including Google, Google Trends, Google Ads, Bing, SA360, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Bloggers/Influencers, Snapchat etc.
  • Experience buying and optimizing campaigns
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team
