Ad Ops & Programmatic
We’ve partnered with a leading digital marketing agency that is looking for a Programmatic Trader to help drive the continued growth of Programmatic for their clients. This will include hands-on daily optimisation of campaigns as well as analysing data, running tests, collaborating on projects and identifying ways to improve performance.
This is an ideal opportunity for a numbers-driven, analytical and inquisitive digital marketing enthusiast to join an experienced team, working with exciting clients.

- Ensure programmatic campaign activity is executed to a high standard, providing optimisation plans and recommendations to improve performance
- Support the team with best practices, testing, innovation, and pitching new ideas
- Manage and maintain relationships with publishers and technology providers.
- Act as a mentor to the junior team members, supporting their training and development.
- Support the wider team with building strategic frameworks
- 2+ of experience in display and programmatic advertising, preferably in an agency environment
- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, DSP platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform but also outside of Google
- Strong interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting, and influencing
- Great attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
