Senior Account Director

Intro to the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join a leading design and branding agency in Melbourne CBD. This agency works with both global brands and startups, creating innovative campaigns across various disciplines, including brand strategy, physical/spatial/retail design, packaging, web and app design. This is a great opportunity for someone to work closely with the senior leadership team and contribute to the growth of the agency.

Your Role

As a Senior Account Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end campaigns, including branding, strategy, spatial design, product design, brand experience, packaging, and websites.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and establishing strong relationships with them.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Developing new business proposals and assisting with the pitching process.
• Overseeing an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager while working closely with the Head of Client Services.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Director within a branding/design agency (essential).
• Experience in multiple aforementioned disciplines (essential).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Right to work in Australia.

Salary

• $125,000 – $160,000 per annum, based on experience.
